Finally, there's an exhaust manifold/header that lives up to the power of the Triumph Rocket 3 2500.

We offer two material options either lightweight Ti1 Titanium or High-Nickel Stainless Steel. Each option significantly improves exhaust flow efficiency as a result of having 15% larger exhaust ports with much improved flow by creating a low-pressure area (mild venturi effect) when exhaust gases pass each exhaust port. This characteristic is essential for enhancing engine volumetric efficiency, something that the OEM 3-into-1 manifold doesn't achieve.

This simple bolt-on addition is perfect for performance enthusiasts who want to recover lost efficiency and eliminate all restrictions while also making a visual statement.

The VANDEMON Manifold/ Header can be used with any of VANDEMON's three slip-on muffler options and is compatible with all after market branded slip-ons including the OEM muffler up to 2024. Additionally, mufflers from other brands designed to use OEM headers can be used with either our stainless steel or titanium header options.

The surface finish of the Stainless Steel option is highly polished and needs minimal maintenance to maintain its appearance. This is due to the higher percentage of nickel used in our stainless steel compared to what is generally used in the industry. 

The surface finish of the Titanium option is a brushed natural finish, which, after one heat cycle, will change to a rich blue colour with red tinges and will never require polishing to maintain its appearance.

Carbon fibre covers are provided to protect against heat, complementing the exotic appearance.
